Business U Scholarship
Business U awards 5 scholarships annually to attend the nation’s only accredited Certified Business Engagement Professional (CBEP) and Certified Train-the-Trainer Professional (CTTP) programs.

Business U understands that it’s not always easy to procure or afford high quality professional development training. That is why we fund five annual scholarship opportunities for the Certified Business Engagement Professional (CBEP) and Certified Train-the-Trainer Professional (CTTP) programs. The scholarship covers the entire cost of the program!

CBEP Scholarship: Awarded to individuals who are committed to their business engagement practice and would like to earn the nation's only accredited CBEP designation. The CBEP course is designed to gain the necessary knowledge and skills to engage business and industry successfully as a partner in sector strategies, career pathways, work-based learning, and as a customer with government-funded services. The course culminates with a portfolio of demand-driven engagement tools that includes a one-on-one consultation (final oral exam) with the course facilitator.

CTTP Scholarship: Awarded to individuals who are currently, or would like to be involved with adult training or education programs and train people one at a time, in large groups, onsite, or virtually. The CTTP program will provide you with the knowledge, tools, and techniques to immediately enhance your participants’ learning experience and expand your abilities to deliver quality learning events. Business U applies a practical approach to train adults that ensures effective implementation of your organization’s training program so that participants meet objectives and measurable outcomes.

Unlike other courses that offer “certification,” Business U’s comprehensive, interactive, and instructor-led online programs are accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and developed by Business U’s subject matter experts, and the recipient of the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, Professional Development Award and the IACET Innovation of the Year Award in Learner Engagement.

If you would like to join an elite group of Business U graduates, please contact [email protected] to request the scholarship application and/or if you have any general questions about the CBEP or CTTP course. Both scholarships are highly competitive, please take your time when completing your application to reflect on the questions when writing your responses.

On behalf of the Business U Scholarship Committee, we wish you an abundance of success with your submission!
