Transformational Leaders influence and inspire their teams beyond their own-self-interest to motivate employees to execute change, innovate, and creatively think of possibilities to successfully achieve the organization’s mission and exceed performance goals.

Servant Leaders will put the needs of their employees ahead of the organization as a whole. By focusing on developing the people they manage, performance is optimized to meet and exceed objectives. These leaders share power with their teams involving them in decision making to help solve problems; ultimately achieving the successful implementation of the organization’s mission and performance goals.

UNCONSCIOUS BIAS

Unconscious bias, what is it and how does it affect our day-to-day lives? To be able to discuss the unconscious bias that everyone possesses, the basic idea must first be defined. From there, the causes, the effects, and the possible necessary changes can be better addressed. Unconscious biases are collected over a lifetime.

In its most general definition, unconscious biases are social stereotypes about certain groups of people that individuals form outside their own conscious awareness.
